Simeone's wife Carla Pereyra criticised for bikini photo

Criticism has been directed at Carla Pereyra after her latest social media post.
The wife of Diego Simeone posted a photo of herself standing on a balcony in a swimsuit.
"Weekend vibes... I try to take care of my skin and my hair after going to the beach by using a lot of coconut oil," she wrote, along with the hashtag #TakingCareOfMe
However, other users replied to comment on her skinniness.
"You're very pretty, but no to such skinniness," one comment read.
"With all the love in the world, you need to reconsider spending all day doing exercise for this body," said another.
"It's not healthy or nice," one other user wrote.
