CHELSEA MIDFIELDER Ross Barkley was spotted partying with a stunning Instagram star in Mykonos... before taking her for steak with Salt Bae.

After a gruelling season in which the 25-year-old won the Europa League and featured in the Nations League finals, the former Everton star soaked up the last of his holidays before pre-season training.

Barkley was understood to have been joined by fashion designer Jordan McCabe

The England international was seen with his arm around the pretty brunette, who is understood to be fashion designer Jordan McCabe.

McCabe, who is the director of Aztec Diamond Equestrian, later posted a video of Barkley enjoying Salt Bae's trademark steak seasoning at his Greek restaurant.

The two had earlier been spotted arm-in-arm at the luxurious SantAnna beach club where the Blues midfielder knocked back the booze.

Barkley, sporting patterned swimming shorts, pulled McCabe in close as she whispered something in his ear.

The £15million star's escape to Greece came at the perfect time after he came in for harsh criticism from England fans after their Nations League heartbreak.

The Three Lions ultimately finished third in the tournament after crashing out in a 3-1 semi-finals defeat against Holland.

And it was Barkley who bore a share of the frustration from fans after a poor control allowed Quincy Promes to seal the result in extra-time.

International teammate John Stones, who was also slammed for his errors in Portugal, has since been pictured enjoying his holidays in Ibiza.

Dele Alli was spotted chatting to a mystery woman during his California break, where he was joined by Ben Chilwell and Jadon Sancho.

But Jesse Lingard made the most waves during his Miami trip after he uploaded a SnapChat post that showed friend Jamal Branker gyrating on a pillow.

The 26-year-old is expected to face a dressing-down at Old Trafford for his antics, but has since revealed he has knlucked down with his beach fitness regime.

Barkley will also be expected to be in similar shape for future manager Frank Lampard as he is due to report back with the rest of Chelsea's squad at Cobham on Friday.

Chelsea are expected to confirm the 41-year-old as their new boss this week after he was thought to have signed a three-year contract, on a salary worth £5.5million per season.

The announcement is sure to be a Chelsea love-in as the club's record goalscorer returns home after five years away.

Lampard will then join Barkley on his travels as the two fly out with the rest of the team to Dublin for two matches and then Japan for another doubleheader.
