Xhaka staying

Arsenal star Granit Xhaka has poured cold water on rumours linking him with a move away from the club.

The Switzerland midfielder has been linked with a switch to Inter Milan in recent weeks.

But when speculation regarding an Emirates move was put to him, the former Basel star shut the talk down while referring to his contract.

"Not that I know," Xhaka told Blick when asked if Arsenal were planning to sell him.

"I have another four years contract, I only signed last year.

"I'm happy there, my family too. That's the most important."

Wan-Bissaka to Man Utd?

Manchester United have secured a contract 'agreement' with Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, according to Nicolo Schira.

An opening offer worth £40m has been rejected by the Eagles, who are holding out for £60m.

"It's confirmed!" Schira wrote on Twitter. "Manchester United want to close for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

"He is the first choice of Solskjaer as a RB. Agreement with him for a contact until 2024. Now Red Devils are talking with Crystal Palace to finalize the deal."

Carrasco to Arsenal?

Arsenal are close to signing Dalian Yifang winger Yannick Carrasco, according to Sport.

It is claimed Gunners bosses are confident of sealing a deal for the Belgium international.

Carrasco has suggested he is close to sealing a move away from Dalian Yifang, saying: "Negotiations are going well. I am aware that I am an important player for the team but I hope they let me leave. From a personal and family point of view, I would like to return to Europe.

"The Premier League is more physical, but there are also a lot of spaces to run into."

Pepe to Liverpool?

Nicolas Pepe is in talks with Liverpool, according to Mohamed Bouhafsi, who broke the news of Fabinho's move to Anfield 12 months ago.

Lille winger Pepe has been heavily linked with the Reds after a stunning campaign in Ligue 1.

"Lille discusses with Liverpool," Bouhafsi replied to a Liverpool fan on Twitter. "Off the record, Lille confirms that. The player is talking to Liverpool.

"Liverpool is not all alone on the player. Now we are waiting for his decision."

Hazard leaves Chelsea

Chelsea have been hailed by Gabriele Marcotti for securing a big fee for Real Madrid-bound Eden Hazard.

Stamford Bridge bosses have sold the Belgian to Los Blancos for an initial £88m, potentially rising to £130m, despite his Blues contract expiring at the end of next season.

"Now, they're also getting potentially up to £130m for a guy who had a year left on his contract and was 28 years old and was going to leave anyway," Marcotti told ESPN FC.

"That is very good business, that is very, very good money."

Kovacic to Chelsea?

Chelsea are cooling on the prospect of signing Mateo Kovacic, according to the Evening Standard.

Blues bosses can sign the Real Madrid midfielder on a permanent basis, despite their transfer ban.

That is because he will not be considered a new addition as he is already registered.

Maurizio Sarri was eager to keep Kovacic but his imminent exit to Juventus has cast doubt on the Croatian's future.

Wan-Bissaka to Man Utd?

Crystal Palace are confident Manchester United will return to the table with an improved offer for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, according to The Times.

Selhurst Park bosses have snubbed an opening bid worth £40m for the England Under-21 international from their Old Trafford counterparts.

Crystal Palace are holding out for more than £60m, which they believe Manchester United will eventually meet.

That is because the Eagles think Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would prefer to sign Wan-Bissaka rather than Paris Saint-Germain star Thomas Meunier.

Van de Beek to Man Utd or Tottenham?

Donny van de Beek wants to join Manchester United or Tottenham, it has been claimed.

The Ajax midfielder is a wanted man after a stunning campaign that saw him contribute to 30 goals in 57 appearances as the Amsterdam-based club enjoyed a stunning season.

A host of clubs including Arsenal, Barcelona, Liverpool and Roma have been linked with the 22-year-old.

But, according to Dutch football expert Marcel van der Kraan, Van de Beek fancies moving to Old Trafford or the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

"Van de Beek has his eyes set on the Premier League," Van der Kraan told talkSPORT.

"He is a proper Premier League player with an Ajax education and can play in many positions in midfield.

"He wants a move to Man Utd or Spurs and his agent says if that materialises that would be right up his street."

Fernandes to Man Utd?

Manchester United are "very close to signing" Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon.

Fernandes, 24, scored 32 goals in 53 appearances in all competitions this season, while providing a further 18 assists.

According to Pietro Balzano Prota, the director of Italian broadcaster Radio Rossonera, Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign Fernandes.

"An agreement with the club has been reached," Balzano Prota wrote on Twitter.

"They are supposedly working on the last details, one aspect being the commissions.

"Various clubs seem interested in the player, but for now ManUtd is very close to signing him."
