Juventus chief Fabio Paratici insists the club are looking at multiple options to replace Max Allegri.
Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is the frontrunner and revealed on Tuesday that he was missing Italy.
But Patrici says there is more than one candidate being considered to take over in Turin.
He said: "We have very clear ideas and we are working. It takes a moment, we have a range of coaches, there is not only one name.
"How long will it take? There is no time limit, we are working very quietly."
The director was then asked about Sarri's admission that he was homesick.
He added: "Nostalgia for Italy? He said it, but all Italians say it.
"Here the food is very good."
