Notts County vs Newport County - Same again for Notts County

Notts County could be unchanged for the third game in a row against Newport.

The Magpies have given their survival hopes a huge boost with back-to-back wins against Forest Green and Mansfield. Boss Neal Ardley described Saturday’s victory over the Stags as a “complete team performance” so there is a strong chance the same players will start again, if fitness permits.

Kane Hemmings is fit again after injury but the forward has not been able to force his way into the side since his return.

Notts County will climb out of the relegation places with victory against a Newport team who have not won away in League Two since September.

Newport have a few players nursing minor niggles ahead of the trip to Meadow Lane.
