That is the view of Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville.
Chelsea were beaten 2-0 by Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday with several players underperforming.
After the match, Sarri delivered a sensational attack on his players as he used an interpreter to make sure his anger was clear.
He said: "I have to say, I'm extremely angry. Very angry indeed.

After the match, Sarri delivered a sensational attack on his players as he used an interpreter to make sure his anger was clear.
He said: "I have to say, I'm extremely angry. Very angry indeed.
"This defeat was due to our mentality, more than anything else. This is something I can't accept.
"This group of players are extremely difficult to motivate.
"This is not a team that is going to be well known for its battling qualities but we need to become a team that is capable of adapting, possibly suffering for 10 or 15 minutes then playing our own football.
"You can find yourself in difficulties from time to time, but we need to react to those difficulties a lot better than we did today."
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri was furious with his players
Sarri was appointed by Chelsea in the summer after Antonio Conte had been sacked after the losing the dressing room.
Conte's predecessor Jose Mourinho was also dismissed by Chelsea after a series of poor results and clashes with players.
And speaking on his Sky Sports podcast, Neville said Sarri was not in the wrong for criticising his players and claimed Sarri knows he will leave Chelsea soon.
Neville said: "It is a big call.
"Jose Mourinho said it. Antonio Conte said it. And now Sarri has said it.
"They are all not wrong are they.
"The one thing about Sarri is he knows he will be sacked at some point in the next 18 months - two years because it's just the inevitable happening at Chelsea.
"So he may as well, while he's got a little bit of control in the first six months, call it out how he sees."
