The Brazil international has been heavily linked with a move away from Ligue 1 this summer, despite only joining the French giants last summer.
Neymar has been sensational for PSG this time out, netting 28 goals and chipping in with 13 assists in all competitions.
However, reports have claimed the winger has become disillusioned in Paris, with Neymar keen to quit to join a more competitive league.
And according to Spanish news outlet Don Balon, who are well known for their outlandish transfer claims, Neymar will leave PSG this summer.
They reckon the Brazil ace has offers on the table from United and Real Madrid ahead of the summer transfer window.
Don Balon add that Neymar is open to heading to Old Trafford or the Bernabeu at the end of the season.
However, Neymar's former Barca team-mate Messi has told the PSG superstar to join United.
The Argentina international doesn't want to see Neymar join Barca's La Liga rivals.
