Cristiano Ronaldo demands FOUR Real Madrid transfers and FIVE axed to sign new deal
Cristiano Ronaldo wants major changes at Real Madrid in the summer

CRISTIANO RONALDO reportedly wants a mass overhaul of Real Madrid’s squad if he is to put pen to paper on a new deal.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s current contract at Real Madrid runs until the summer of 2021 but there are doubts over whether he will extend his stay in the capital.

And the Portuguese star is now said to be demanding wholesale changes in the transfer window following the club’s disastrous defence of their La Liga title.

According to Spanish publication Don Balon, Ronalo has held talks with club president Florentino Perez over his concerns.

In their meeting Ronaldo is said to have told Perez that five players don’t deserve their place at Madrid and could be moved on in order to raise funds for a summer spending spree.

The five names mentioned include: Borja Mayoral, Theo Hernandez , Marcos Llorente, Dani Ceballos and Jesus Vallejo.

The likes of Dani Ceballos have already seen themselves linked with a move away in the transfer window with Liverpool showing interest.

With a mass clearout planned by Ronaldo, the 33-year-old gave suggestions to Perez over where the club need to improve.

He feels the club need to invest in a new goalkeeper to replace Keylor Navas in-between the sticks, while another defender with the leader credentials of Sergio Ramos also needs to be added to their ranks.

Madrid also need to find another striker to replace Alvaro Morata.

The Spaniard departed for Chelsea last summer, and while he often started on the bench at the club, Ronaldo feels they now need a striker who can do a similar job when Madrid are lacking goals up front.

The final position Ronaldo reportedly feels they must address is Gareth Bale’s replacement.

Widespread reports suggest the Welshman could be heading for the exit at the end of his latest injury-laden campaign and Ronaldo believes his Portugal compatriot Goncalo Guedes would be the perfect man to fill the gap.

The talented 21-year-old is currently enjoying an impressive campaign with Valencia having registered four goals and six assists in La Liga this term.
