The North London derby will kick off at 12.30pm at Wembley Stadium, with both chasing Champions League spots.
Among the signings to strengthen them were Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, 28, for Arsenal and PSG wing wizard Lucas Moura, 25, for Spurs.
And their arrivals also bring welcome additions to the stands.
Brazilian international Moura is married to Larissa Saad, a popular business graduate who boasts over 150,000 goggle-eyed followers on Instagram.
Before Moura swapped Paris for London, he was linked with a string of other clubs including Man Utd, Chelsea and Inter Milan.
And fans descended on the beauty's profile in a frantic bid to see the ex-Sao Paulo man in their club's colours.

Daily Star Online previously revealed how Red Devils fans showered her with compliments following reports he had caught the eye of boss Jose Mourinho.
But sadly for them, the brunette will be lighting up the stands of Spurs' temporary home Wembley instead of Old Trafford.
Larissa recently took to Instagram to bid an emotional farewell to the French capital.

She said: "I have learned to love Paris in a way that I will always carry this city in my heart.
"Thank you God for making this city light even brighter with your light in my life, because I have lived so many blessings here.
"I'm already missing you. Paris, I love you, you are going to make me want."
However, just a short distance across the capital lies Aubameyang's red-hot wife, Alysha Behague.
