While he also showed the battle wounds on his right leg, covered with a bandage and ice pack.
He then posted a video of Courtois received treatment on the other side of the room.
The Belgian goalkeeper's foot was being tended to by a physio, while he lay on the bed.
With Chelsea welcoming Bournemouth in a must-win clash on Wednesday, Antonio Conte will be hoping neither have suffered serious injury.

The incident came just a day after Chelsea beat Newcastle 3-0 in the FA Cup fourth round.
Michy Batshuayi scored twice, while Marcos Alonso also added a stunning free-kick.
Courtois has not played in any of Chelsea's last four games — missing the Premier League clash with Brighton through an ankle injury.
Willy Caballero has fared well in the Belgian's absence, conceding just twice, whilst also performing penalty heroics against Norwich.
