Forest Green fought back to earn a 1-1 draw against Port Vale in League Two at Vale Park.
Dan Turner had given Port Vale the lead but Omar Bugiel earned the visitors a share of the points in the second half.
Forest Green nearly took the lead after just six minutes as Christian Doidge went one on one with the keeper but saw his effort saved.
Port Vale took the lead as Dan Tuner slotted away a pass across the box from Tom Pope after 19 minutes.
Pope went close to doubling the Valiants' lead shortly after but his shot was parried over the bar by Bradley Collins.
At the end of the first half Port Vale nearly went into the break two to the good as Anthony de Freitas sent a good chance wide.
Substitute Bugiel headed in with his first touch of the game after a flick on from Doidge to equalise for Forest Green after 68 minutes.
The Greens were just inches away from taking all three points as a Liam Nobel free-kick from the edge of the area went over the bar with 12 minutes remaining.
