Liverpool reject 100m euros for Coutinho

The sale of Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain is expected to set off a domino effect, but Barcelona aren't having any luck in the transfer market after Liverpool turned down their second offer of 100m euros for Philippe Coutinho.
Jurgen Klopp and his club, aware of the need of the Blaugrana to fill the void that the Brazilian will leave behind, continue to monitor events while dedicating themselves to turning their backs on any offers coming from Catalonia.
Though RMC have announced both failed offers of 80m and 100m euros, they do expect the Reds to sell eventually, but at a higher amount once it's known definitively what Neymar's full sale price is.
