Barnet vs Wycombe Wanderers - Rossi Eames steps into Barnet manager role for Wycombe clash
Posted Sunday, April 16, 2017 by PA
Rossi Eames will take charge of Barnet for the Sky Bet League Two clash with Wycombe following the departure of Kevin Nugent.
Barnet were beaten 2-1 at Exeter on Good Friday and Nugent has paid the price for a run of just one victory from his 11 games in charge.
Defender Michael Nelson could come back into contention after being left on the bench for the last two games.
Shane Cojocarel (arm), Josh Vickers (quad), Jack Taylor (hernia), James Pearson (knee), Michael Gash (knee) and Shaun Batt (quad) remain long-term absentees.
Myles Weston and Sam Saunders are pushing for starts as Wycombe prepare to travel to The Hive.
The midfielders returned to the bench for Friday's home defeat to Mansfield after missing the draw with Cheltenham on April 8.
Chairboys boss Gareth Ainsworth appears to have no new injury problems as his side look to boost their outside chance of a play-off place.
Strikers Alex Jakubiak and Paul Hayes could be recalled to the starting XI if Ainsworth opts to make changes, but Paris Cowan-Hall and Anthony Stewart remain sidelined.
