Raith came from behind to claim a 3-2 victory at Dumbarton to further consolidate the last promotion play-off spot in the Ladbrokes Scottish Championship.

Christian Nade gave the hosts a first-half advantage before Ryan Hardie equalised four minutes after the restart. Goals from Aidan Connolly and James Craigen in the space of ten minutes then put Raith ahead. Steven Saunders's last-minute header set up up a tense finish but the visitors held firm to claim all three points.

Dumbarton, who had only won two of their last six league games, took the lead with the first real chance of the match when Nade controlled Tom Walsh's ball from the left before calmly slotting past Raith goalkeeper Kevin Cuthbert.

But Ray McKinnon's men responded soon after the break when Dumbarton failed to clear their lines before Hardie equalised.

Connolly's brilliant 20-yard strike gave the visitors the lead before Craigen curled his effort past Jamie Ewings in the Sons goal.

Despite Saunders' late header, Raith managed to claim all three points.
