Scunthorpe vs Swindon - Jim O'Brien is a doubt for Scunthorpe

Jim O'Brien is a fresh injury concern for Scunthorpe ahead of Graham Alexander's first home match in charge against Swindon.

O'Brien was forced off injured early in the second half of the goalless draw at Barnsley and he may not recover in time with such a quick turnaround between games.

Fellow midfielder Sean McAllister also remains a doubt with an ankle problem but leading scorer Paddy Madden is expected to resume on Monday despite getting kicked in the face by Barnsley defender Marc Roberts on Friday.

Alexander made one change at Oakwell as Luke Williams replaced the injured Neal Bishop, who could come back into contention.

Swindon will be without suspended captain Nathan Thompson.

The defender was shown a straight red card late on in the 4-1 home defeat by Wigan on Good Friday.

Jamie Sendles-White is now away on international duty with Northern Ireland Under-21s, having joined up following the Wigan game.

On-loan Liverpool goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux will continue to be assessed following a dead leg, with Tyrell Belford again deputising in his absence against Latics, which was a first defeat in eight League One matches.
