Alloa will be without the suspended Dougie Hill for their bottom of the table Scottish Championship clash with Dumbarton.
The Wasps currently sit bottom of the league one place above Saturday's visitors but, although manager Danny Lennon will not be able to call upon Hall, he does welcome Andy McNeil, Graeme Holmes and Eddie Ferns back into his squad.
"People have said this is a massive game as it is between the two part-time teams in this league however every game is massive," he said.
"We are going into it after a good performance against Hibs in a contest which we were unlucky to lose 1-0.
"We won the last meeting with Dumbarton by sticking to the game plan and doing well. If we do the same again it would be great."
The Sons travel to Recreation Park with Steven Saunders banned and Scott Taggart missing through a knee problem with manager Stephen Aitken telling his players to focus on the positives from Tuesday night's 4-0 defeat from Rangers.
"We were eventually soundly beaten by Rangers however in the first half we played really well. We made a mistake at the start of the second half and were punished severely and that changed everything," he said.
"However we cannot forget how well we played before we went behind. If we can play to that high level again for the entire game we can do well at Alloa."
