Fleetwood Town vs Bradford AFC preview - Fleetwood pair Conor McLaughlin and Declan McManus back for Bradford clash

Fleetwood welcome back defender Conor McLaughlin and striker Declan McManus from international duty for Saturday's visit of Bradford.

Striker Jamille Matt is pushing for a start after coming off the bench to score a late equaliser against Rochdale last weekend.

Defender Victor Nirennold is likely to keep his place after making his debut last week and with Eggert Jonsson also returning against Rochdale the backline appears to be manager Graham Alexander's strongest area.

Centre-back Nathan Pond (ankle) and Vamara Sanogo (knee) are the only long-term injury problems.

Bradford defender Christopher Routis is hoping to make his first appearance since mid-August.

Frenchman Routis, who has operated in midfield this season, has missed the last three games due to a hamstring injury but is back in contention.

Boss Phil Parkinson will otherwise choose his starting XI from an unchanged squad. Defender Tony McMahon has recovered from a virus and hopes to play a bigger part after a late substitute's role in last week's win at Oldham.

Recent signing Devante Cole has scored in each of his first two appearances for the club since arriving from Manchester City and is expected to resume up front and West Ham loanee Reece Burke has returned unscathed from England Under-20s duty.
