Shrewsbury Town vs AFC Wimbledon preview - Knight-Percival out for Town

Shrewsbury are waiting to discover the extent of Nathaniel Knight-Percival's knee injury ahead of AFC Wimbledon's visit.

The defender is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after limping off in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Southend.

Jermaine Grandison is set to start in defence again after playing in Tuesday's last-gasp 2-1 win at Carlisle.

James Wesolowski is out for the season with cruciate knee ligament damage while Andy Mangan is sidelined after knee surgery.

Dave Winfield is set to make his AFC Wimbledon debut against his former club.

Boss Neal Ardley has brought in the experienced defender on a month's loan from York to bolster a back line depleted by injury and suspension.

Jake Goodman (toe), Will Nightingale (knee), Jack Smith (thigh) and Andy Frampton (ankle) are all injured and Mark Phillips is banned following his red card at Burton on Tuesday.

Winger George Francomb could return to the starting line-up after coming on as a sub in the 0-0 midweek draw following a hamstring niggle.
