Melanie Rickinger takes Christian Lell to court for spying on her messages with Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil

Several months back Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil saw his relationship with German pop star Mandy Capristo go down the toilet amid rumours that the Gunners star had been flirting with blonde stunner Melanie Rickinger.

Melanie Rickinger was dating former Bayern Munich defender Christian Lell at the time, and the whole emotional affair was exposed by Lell after he dug into his girlfriend’s social media accounts.

Lell subsequently made public a long Whatsapp conversation between Ozil and Rickinger, and it’s that invasion of privacy which is now the subject of a new legal action.

According to German outlet TZ, Melanie Rickinger has now begun legal proceedings against Christian Lell for invading her privacy.

TZ finish their article noting that if the matter ever comes to court, Arsenal star Ozil may be called upon to testify.
