Striker Radamel Falcao wants to stay at Manchester United - but admits he needs to play more games to help clinch a deal.
Falcao has struggled to make a major impact so far at Old Trafford after signing on loan from Monaco at the end of August.
But Falcao - so prolific with Porto, Atletico Madrid and Monaco before a nasty knee injury - still hopes he can do enough between now and the end of the season to persuade United to stump up £43m to make his move to the Premier League permanent.
STRUGGLE: Radamel Falcao has failed to settle at United
He said: "I have to analyse the situation, see if I play more and see what decision the board takes. But from my point of view, I really want to stay."
"It's all good here. I am very happy in this city, in this club and I am enjoying it here."
The Colombia international, 28, has started just three games and scored once for Louis van Gaal's side.
Following a month-long absence with a calf injury, his last three appearances have all come via the bench with 19-year-old James Wilson preferred in attack against Liverpool last weekend.
INJURY: Falcao has been hit with several injury blows since joining on loan
"Every footballer wants to play, no one is happy when they are not playing, when they are on the bench."
"But whenever I am given the opportunity, whether it be for five, 10, 20 or 90 minutes, I have to give my best."
"I am very well. I'm almost at 100% now, let's wait and see what the decision of the coach is, when he wants to use me more."
