Freiburg vs Wolfsburg preview - Streich looks on the bright side

Freiburg have yet to win in the Bundesliga this season - but their coach Christian Streich is trying to see the glass as half full rather than as half empty.
They host Wolfsburg this Saturday with only goal difference keeping them above the bottom three.
Just five points from seven games is a poor return, but Streich sees things differently.
"You can also say that we've only lost two games out of seven," he said. "And that's pretty good."
Indeed, Freiburg are on a four-game unbeaten streak, but those matches against Hertha Berlin, Hoffenheim, Bayer Leverkusen and Werder Bremen have all ended in stalemates.
Right now, it is wins that the club from the Black Forest need more than merely avoiding defeat, although Streich will take the latter as long as he can see plenty of positives.
"It's most important that we play well because then we're not getting much wrong," he said.
"We need to have players who can give it everything for the full 90 minutes on Saturday."
Fortunately for Streich, he is spoilt for choice this weekend with no players returning from international duty injured.
The situation is the same for Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking who, "with just a few exceptions", is able to select from his full squad of players.
"We can take a big step forwards in Freiburg," Hecking said on his club's website. "A win would cement our place among the leading clubs."
Getting three points at the Dreisamstadion is not something he is taking for granted, though.
"They've already drawn at home to Leverkusen and Gladbach," he said. "They play with a lot of passion and are tactically well schooled.
"We know how much they are going to make us run."
