Dos Santos out for six months

Dos Santos out for six months Jonathan dos Santos will be out for some six months after undergoing an arthroscopy on his knee, according to reports from the medical services of the Catalan club. More specifically, the Mexican underwent surgery on the anterior cruciate ligament of his right knee. The operation was performed at the Dexeus clinic by doctors Joan Carles Monllau and Ricard Pruna.

Dos Santos picked up a knee injury on 23rd October, whilst training with Barça. The midfielder, who turned down a move to Real Sociedad this summer to stay with the 'Azulgranas', believes that he'll receive the medical all clear to return to the pitch before the end of the season.
