Stephan El Shaarawy is out of favour at AC Milan
The 20-year-old striker has been left out in the cold at Milan and is understood to want out.
Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal are interested in the Italy ace but Liverpool have El Shaarawy in their sights, according to sources on the continent.
El Shaarawy scored 16 league goals last season as he burst on to the scene in style.

But now Mario Balotelli is the main man at the San Siro and El Shaarawy has had to take a watching brief.
The Liverpool owners have focused their transfer plans on buying young players and goal-getter El Shaarawy fits the bill.
However, they would have to shell out around £25m to prompt Milan to sell.
