Braunschweig bag first point, Hoffenheim win

Eintracht Braunschweig ended their 100 per cent losing start to the Bundesliga with a 1-1 draw at home to fellow strugglers Nuremberg.
It has been a forgettable return to the German top flight for recently-promoted Braunschweig after losing their first four matches to sit rock-bottom of the fledgling standings.
They looked on course for another loss when Adam Hlousek gave Nuremberg a 28th-minute lead, but the hosts hit back after 70 minutes through Omar Elabdellaoui's effort.
A point is not much use to either side, however, and they both remain in the bottom three.
Hoffenheim got back to winning ways and erased memories of a 6-2 defeat to Stuttgart last time out with victory over Borussia Monchengladbach at the Rhein-Neckar Arena.
Anthony Modeste and Kevin Volland score for Markus Gisdol's men with Braimir Hrgota's goal on target for the visitors.
The game between two sides whose combined eight previous games had seen 42 goals ended with just three added to that tally, and Hoffenheim taking the spoils.
Sunday's Bundesliga Results
Hoffenheim 2-1 Borussia Monchengladbach
Eintracht Braunschweig 1-1 Nuremberg
