DAVID BECKHAM has visited Miami to see about setting up a new Major League Soccer team.
The former England captain met with representatives of the Miami-Dade Sports Commission as he weighs up his options following his retirement from playing.
Becks, 38, spent five years with Los Angeles Galaxy — and likes the idea of investing in a new MLS franchise.
Florida’s former MLS sides, Tampa Bay Mutiny and Miami Fusion, left the league in 2001.
