KOP A LOAD OF THIS ... Anfield stars model the new shirts
LIVERPOOL have unveiled their kit for next season.
Banned striker Luis Suarez joined skipper Steven Gerrard to model the new threads — giving Kop fans hope he will stay at the club.
Stopper Pepe Reina was also used to show off the new white No 1 jersey.
The shirt — designed by Warrior — is based on the 1984 version, worn for the Anfield club’s fourth European Cup win.
BUILDING FOR SUCCESS ... The trio will be vital if Liverpool are to improve next year
Gerrard said: “The players and I are all genuine fans of the new kit.
“As with all Liverpool shirts, I will wear it with pride and carry the excitement and history of what it represents, and, as a team, we hope to bring that success back to the club.
“It will certainly spark many happy memories of the club’s famous fourth European Cup win for supporters of that era.”
