City and Chelsea hover as Neymar snubs Santos deal

NEYMAR has put Chelsea and Manchester City on red alert by rejecting a new contract.
And Santos have declared their intention to put him up for sale.
The 21-year-old, whose deal runs out next year, is rated at £32million.
Barcelona are also on his trail but City lead the chase for the 32-cap Brazil strike sensation after holding talks in January.
Santos vice-president Odilio Rodrigues said: “We’ve spoken with Neymar’s father, who is also his agent.
“Our intention has been for him to stay beyond 2014. But he thinks his time at Santos and in Brazil is at an end.
“Now’s the time for the speculation to start and for offers to come in. If they arrive, both Neymar and ourselves will have decisions to make.”
