The former Manchester United midfielder has heaped praise on the mercurial Swedish striker and labelled him as "one of the best talents in the world"
David Beckham says Paris Saint-Germain team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic is "amazing" and tipped him to make the difference when the Ligue 1 leaders face Barcelona on Tuesday.
The Sweden international has struck 33 times in 39 appearances in all competitions this season and Beckham heaped praise on the striker, while commending his professional approach.
"[Ibrahimovic is] amazing. Playing with him now, I've realised how good he is," the 37-year-old told ITV.
"When I came here I was interested to see how Zlatan was as a professional. I'd heard that he was good but when you train with him - day in, day out - you realise how professional he is.
"Throughout my career I've come up against him a few times with England and AC Milan, and I've thought that he was one of the best players in the world and one of the best talents in the world."
Les Parisiens face Barcelona at Parc des Princes in the first-leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday, but despite going into the game as underdogs, Beckham believes anything is possible with Ibrahimovic in the side.
"Without a doubt [Zlatan can make a difference]," he added. "He's one of those players that can change the game in an instant. If he's on his game, he's very difficult to stop, it doesn't matter who it is."
