Top Drog wants to rule with Galatasaray on European return

DIDIER DROGBA returns to Germany for the first time tonight since his Champions League triumph with Chelsea.
The Ivory Coast ace leads Galatasaray’s new-look strike force against Schalke after the 1-1 first-leg in Istanbul.
Drogba, 35, scored the late equaliser and winning penalty for Blues against Bayern Munich last term.
And the Turks are confident their attacking trio of Drogba, Wesley Sneijder and Burak Yilmaz, who has seven goals in this year’s tournament, will cancel out Schalke’s away goal advantage.
Schalke go into tonight’s clash bolstered by a 2-1 win over local rivals Borussia Dortmund.
But they are weakened by the absence of Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, who injured his left knee on Saturday.
Schalke rising star Julian Daxler, 19, said: “We want to take momentum and confidence from the derby win and reach the last eight.
“Winning the derby twice is balm for the soul. I’m convinced that we can take the next big step.”
