HERE'S YER LOT ... Mario Balotelli scored on his Milan debut
AC MILAN last night claimed Mario Balotelli is as good as Barcelona’s Lionel Messi.
Balotelli, who signed for Milan from Manchester City in a £19.5million deadline-day deal, scored both goals on his debut in a 2-1 win over Udinese on Sunday.
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani said: “His signing gives the perception that we have returned as a great Milan.
“This Milan, in attack, is similar to Barcelona. We don’t have Messi but we have Super Mario Balotelli.”
