HEADING FOR THE EXIT ... Wesley Sneijder
LIVERPOOL have rubbished claims they have bid £9.5million for Inter Milan star Wesley Sneijder.
Reports from Italy stated the Reds had tabled the offer for the unsettled Dutch playmaker.
But Kop insiders said the talk was “rubbish”.
The 28-year-old schemer is in dispute with Inter after they suggested he take a £1.6m pay cut.
He is currently on £200,000 a week and is out the first-team picture because of the dispute.
Sneijder said: “Clearly, it’s best for everyone if I’m transferred in January.
“If that doesn’t happen, I’ll stay with Inter — I have a contract with them until 2015.”
Spurs and Manchester United have also been linked with Sneijder.
