“So I was a bit shocked to see him in the papers with Tulisa.

“I assumed Tulisa was still with Jody Latham. I didn’t even know Danny was with Tulisa until I read about it in the papers. It’s a bit playboy really. When he texted me I didn’t know he was with anyone. I feel bad to know he was now.

“I think he’s been playing both Stephanie and Tulisa. I would say to Tulisa ‘Watch out’, because he’s not exactly loyal. He’s a nice lad but on the relationship side of things he’s not exactly committed.

“I watch X Factor and I like Tulisa. She’s opinionated and speaks her mind. But I think if she carries on seeing Danny people might turn against her.”

Furious Stephanie Ward — the mother of Simpson’s baby daughter and now pregnant with their second child — told The Sun she slept with the footballer two days AFTER his texts to Jenny.

Stephanie, 25, also said she did not know he was seeing N-Dubz singer Tulisa until she saw a pic of the pair at a Manchester hotel.

Tulisa maintains her relationship with Simpson did not begin till after he split with Stephanie.

Simpson’s pal Stephen added: “He told Tulisa about Steph but made it clear the relationship had ended.”
