Juve target Suarez swoop

Juventus could try to sign Liverpool striker Luis Suarez in the January transfer window, according to a report.
UK website talkSPORT claims the Serie A champions have made the Uruguayan their number one transfer target in the New Year.
It reports that Juve boss Antonio Conte is "desperate to add some quality to his frontline" after missing out on Suarez, Robin van Persie and Fernando Llorente during the summer.
Suarez was understood to be unsettled in England following a testing last season which saw him handed an eight-game suspension and a £40,000 fine in December after being found guilty of racially abusing Manchester United defender Patrice Evra in a Barclays Premier League match at Anfield.
However, the Kop idol has hit top form with the Reds this season with 10 goals to lead the Premier League's goal scoring charts after 12 rounds. Recently, Suarez was even compared to iconic Anfield strikers like Robbie Fowler, Michael Owen and Fernando Torres by current Liverpool favourite Jamie Carragher.
Liverpool signed Suarez from Ajax in January 2011 for £22.8million and it would take a mega-offer from the Old Lady to convince manager Brendan Rodgers to want to part with his star striker.
English champions Manchester City were also linked with the striker earlier in the season.
