SkinnyGossip.com slated the Florida-born babe for having “huge thighs, NO waist, big fat floppy boobs, terrible body definition".
The internet troll later apologised for the comments - but not before thousands of fans took to Twitter and Facebook in support of the Upton assets.
Her personal trainer, David Kirsch, is another huge fan.
He told the magazine: “I have trained a lot of models and celebrities, and let me tell you she is so determined and willing to do whatever it takes. She’s incredibly smart and driven.”
The November issue of American Vogue is on sale now.
