Baby's first: It's her first performance since announcing she is with-child

The star – who sang the official South Africa 2010 World Cup song Waka Waka – had no problems entertaining the crowd in her state.

One thing she wouldn’t have been able to do though is her famous belly dancing.

Last week she tweeted about her flat-tummy-gone-rounded: ‘Now I don't have a six pack, only one pack!! Ahora no tengo el 6 pack sino un solo pack!! Shak’
