Sultry Saima said married McClaren introduced himself as she lunched with a friend.
It was the SAME table where she was first introduced to randy Sven five years before. Incredibly McClaren does not know of her affair with the man he succeeded in the England job.
Saima said: “What is it about me and England managers? It’s a shame I never met Fabio Capello!”
