BALOTELLI’S pregnant undies model ex Raffaella spent a year with the barmy star after meeting last April.
The 24-year-old says he got her pregnant during the fling — but he’s after a paternity test before he accepts his “full responsibilities".
Despite seeming to be far from excited, pretty Raffaella is keen for Mario to play a huge loving part in the child’s life.
She said in an open letter to an Italian magazine: "Even if the events of life have separated us, you will be a present and responsible father, as well as one being full of love for his child. You know full well where to find me and I will always be ready to speak with you about the future of your child. Of our child.”
