Jose Mourinho: Real Madrid coach has no ambitions to manage in a new country
Jose Mourinho says he has no plans to coach in a new country after leading Real Madrid to the Primera Liga title.
Real wrapped up the Spanish crown on Wednesday following a 3-0 win at Athletic Bilbao to ensure Mourinho has now lifted titles in four countries.
He started his glory spell at Porto in his native Portugal before winning the Premier League with Chelsea, Serie A with Inter Milan and now La Liga with Real.
Mourinho feels he has now won the domestic leagues which matter most to him and he has no ambition to manage in a different country.
Important
"I've now won the titles important to me - the one in my country and the three biggest ones in Europe," Mourinho told Portuguese television channel SIC.
"I don't have any ambition to win in another country. There's no other country that interests me."
Real's title success ended Barcelona's recent dominance and Mourinho hit back at critics who have questioned his team's style in comparison to that of the deposed champions.
He added: "My team played some of the best football in history.
"But there are some luminaries who believe that only one type of football exists on earth. But these people only know football through Google. They swallow knowledge, but know nothing."
