Rossi agent talks up Napoli move

The agent of Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi has talked up his client's chances of joining Italian side Napoli in the summer.
Rossi has frequently been linked with a move away from Villarreal this season with Napoli now the latest club in a long line of rumoured potential suitors.
However, it is understood that Napoli would only be interested in Rossi should their star striker Ezequiel Lavezzi opt to swap the Serie A for the English Premier League at the end of the current campaign.
"Lavezzi going to England and Rossi to Napoli? I cannot confirm, but it is a possibility that Lavezzi might leave Napoli," Rossi's agent Federico Pastorello told Radio Kiss Kiss.
"I cannot rule out Rossi joining Napoli. After five years at Villarreal, I think that all parties are more susceptible to listening to the offers that arrive.
"We will see, but one thing is clear: Villarreal are open to selling Rossi, and the player is ready to leave the club."
Villarreal are in the midst of a terrible season which has seen them go out of the UEFA Champions League in the group stage and brace for the humiliation of relegation from La Liga.
The Madrigal side currently lie in 17th place, just four points off the drop zone, and it is understood that they would accept offers of around €14.5 million for Rossi.
Earlier in the month, Rossi criticised his agent Pastorello for suggesting that he may leave in summer.
