East Fife recorded their second win in the space of three days as they scored twice late on to beat Albion 2-0.

Scott Dalziel squandered two good chances for the home side in the first half while John Gemmell went close with a header at the other end.

Substitute Robert Sloan had been on the pitch for just over a minute when he provided an instant impact to break the deadlock.

The midfielder latched onto Craig Johnstone's flick-on and lashed the ball into the bottom corner from 12 yards in the 77th minute.

The hosts made sure of the points two minutes from time when Johnstone cut the ball across for Robert Linn, who slammed home from the edge of the area.
