Juventus go into their season-ending clash with Napoli with manager Luigi Del Neri knowing it could be his last game in charge of the Turin side.

The 60-year-old`s position with the club has been under some question of late, with Juve having failed to secure a top-six position and with it a European finish.

They are currently in seventh spot, three points shy of Roma, and even if they beat Napoli and Roma lose to Sampdoria, Roma have the better head-to-head record meaning a Europa League spot is theirs.

Del Neri admits that failing to make Europe has been a disappointment, and that the club may look at his position as a result, but he is hopeful of remaining in charge.

"You can`t always get what you want," he said.

"Is this a lost opportunity for Juve? We are out of Europe but around the league it has been difficult. Full of ups and downs.

"I am sorry because we wanted to end the season with some more points. This week will be hard, but we will play Napoli in the best way we know.

"The future? Big changes some times bring great difficulties and not changing can bring great results.

"Will I resign? I do not understand why I would. I am bound to my job and to be the best I can. Then the club will make their decisions."

Napoli go into the game safe in third place.

They cannot be caught and cannot overhaul second-placed Inter Milan.
