Mario Suarez: Atletico Madrid Are Out To Stop Cristiano Ronaldo & Real Madrid In Derby

Atletico Madrid midfielder Mario Suarez is warning Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo to expect some rough and tumble in Saturday's derby clash at the Vicente Calderon.
The Rojiblancos are aiming to move closer to the European places, but they have not won a home game in the league against their city rivals since the 1998-99 season, a poor record Suarez wants to break.
But Atleti face a hoard of obstacles from Jose Mourinho's star players, who will be aiming to make progression in the race for La Liga.
"We will give 110 per cent and we will need to play a complete game of football if we are to beat our eternal rivals," Suarez told Marca.com.
"And to stop players like Ronaldo, Xabi Alonso and Mesut Oezil we will need to be focused to the maximum so we can minimise mistakes against them.
"I want to win, so do Atletico so we can get into Europe and enjoy it. As for Real Madrid, I don't think they will win or lose the title on this game alone."
Atleti are currently seventh in the Liga table, ahead of Sevilla on only goal difference in the race for the last Europa League spot.
