And she joked on Twitter that while she knew the fatty meal won't help her waistline, should couldn't help indulging.
She said: "I am addicted to french fries! "
Earlier in the week Kim, currently starring along with her sister in Kourtney and Kim Take New York, posted an old photograph of herself and her girl pals practicing their pouts.
The snap, which Kim proudly displayed on her blog, showed her alongside The Simple Life star Nicole Richie and child actress Gaby Hoffmann.
Kim wrote: "Ok look what Nicole and I found!!!! Seriously! I was 13 and she was 12! Hahaha. Look at how short my hair was! I literally screamed when I saw this!"
The teens looked fresh faced as they posed for the camera, a far cry from the made-up image Kim sported as she headed for her exercise class.
