Livingston vs Peterhead preview - Jacobs blow for Livingston
Posted Saturday, March 12, 2011 by PA
Livingston midfielder Keaghan Jacobs will miss the top versus bottom clash against Peterhead.
Jacobs has not recovered from the knock he sustained in midweek against Stenhousemuir and has dropped out of the Lions squad.
Defender Cameron MacDonald remains sidelined with a knee injury as Gary Bollan's side look to open up a 19-point lead at the top of the table.
Bollan said: "We'll keep doing what we've been doing, but this will not be an easy game.
"Peterhead have given us three really hard games this season, so there will be no complacency here.
"They will fight and scrap for everything and we have to match that before we can even think about winning the game."
Peterhead defender David Donald is back in contention following suspension.
But manager Neale Cooper will be without winger Graeme Sharp again due to work commitments that keep him in Trinidad and goalkeeper Paul Jarvie is doubtful due to an arm injury.
Cooper said: "We fought our corner well last Saturday and that has lifted everyone's spirits at the club.
"We will need to do the same at Livingston. It will not be an easy task, but we've beaten Livingston already this season, so you never know what will happen."
