Roberto Mancini will not have Edin Dzeko in his Manchester City squad.
Although City have completed a £27million swoop for the Bosnian, the deadline for registrations ahead of this weekend's games was missed and the striker will have to wait until next Saturday against Wolves.
However, Pablo Zabaleta will be available after the FA overturned a three-match ban for his dismissal for violent conduct at Arsenal on Wednesday.

Leicester boss Sven-Goran Eriksson will have have full-back Kyle Naughton available after he extended his loan deal from Tottenham until the end of the season.
However, striker Roman Bednar and central defender Curtis Davies have returned to West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa respectively at the end of their loan spells so will be unavailable for the Foxes.
