Wolves will be in buoyant mood as they travel to Doncaster for their FA Cup third-round clash on Saturday.
Mick McCarthy's men won 1-0 at Liverpool in their final game of 2010 and although a 2-0 defeat at West Ham saw Wolves slip to the bottom of the Premier League, they pulled off another shock result by beating Chelsea 1-0 on Wednesday night.
A fourth win in seven saw Wolves climb out of the relegation zone ahead of their trip to Doncaster, who they did the double over en route to winning the Championship title in 2008/09.
Donny finished 14th that season and are currently in the same position after taking seven points from their last nine.
However, 10-man Rovers were set for a third straight win at Sheffield United on Monday when they claimed a 2-0 lead, only to be denied victory by a stoppage-time equaliser.
