Lucio poised to leave Inter in the summer, says agent

Inter defender Lucio will leave the club in the summer, his agent has revealed.
The Brazilian centre-back has been an ever-present figure in Inter's backline since joining the Italian club from Bayern Munich in 2009 in a deal worth €7 million (£5.6m).

Inter have exercised their option to buy loanee Fredy Guarin from Porto, the player's agent has revealed.
