Luton's first League Two match since 2009 ended in disappointment as Matt Tubbs' goal ensured they went down to a 1-0 defeat against AFC Wimbledon. The visitors took the lead in the 41st minute when Adebayo Akinfenwa flicked on and Tubbs took a touch before lethally rifling past Mark Tyler on the run.
