Vinicius Jr showed off the results of his chin surgery as he packed on the PDA with his on-off influencer girlfriend.

The Real Madrid star, 26, is reported to have gone under the knife for the cosmetic procedure after Brazil's World Cup exit.

He showed off the results in his first public appearance since at the opening of Virginia Fonseca's gym in Goiania. The pair shared a smooch as Virginia posted: "Another dream come true!! Our @wegym_br 💜 thank you to everyone who came to support us on this special day and I hope you all from Goiania will train with us."

Brazilian outlet TMC reported Vini Jr underwent a chin harmonisation procedure in Goiania after the tournament, which saw Brazil lose 2-1 to Norway in the last 16. In a photo with dermatologist Dr Alessandro Alarcao, Vinicius' chin was visibly different and more defined compared to before.

While there is no set cost for such a procedure, in the UK it can range from £3,000 to more than £14,000 depending on the treatment.

His new look comes as he confirmed his relationship with Virginia is back on. She announced their split before the World Cup, after dating on and off since first being linked in 2025. But they appeared to be very much back on when they were pictured on a superyacht together this month.

Vini Jr sparked outrage back home after snaps of the bikini-clad influencer sitting on his lap came out days after Brazil's exit. The Los Blancos star scored four times in the USA but did not net in the knockouts as Brazil were humbled by Erling Haaland's Norway.

He also copped flak for not stepping up to take the penalty against Norway, which Newcastle's Bruno Guimaraes missed while the game was still 0-0. There was more fury when just ONE of Carlo Ancelotti's squad flew home to Brazil to face the music.
