Newly single Spain hero Ferran Torres and glam singer, 29, 'spend World Cup after party flirting and teasing'

Spain's World Cup hero Ferran Torres was reportedly seen flirting with singer Ana Mena while celebrating the team's famous triumph.

The Barcelona star, 26, is on a high after netting Spain's winner to secure a 1-0 victory over Argentina in Sunday's final. Torres has become a national hero in the process and has been lapping up the team's celebrations in Madrid.

The winger partied with his team-mates during their open-top bus parade in the Spanish capital that ended in the Plaza de Cibeles. Spain's stars then enjoyed an after party, with Mena also securing an invite after performing on stage.

Torres is a newly-single man after rumours that he broke up with girlfriend Martina Hunter during the World Cup. Spanish journalist Javi de Hoyos claimed the couple split just before Spain's 2-1 win over Belgium in the quarter-finals on July 10. And it seems Torres is moving on quickly after being spotted with Mena during the Spain team's celebrations.

Mena's fellow singer Amor Romeira – who was also at the party – confirmed there was "flirting" between the pair. She said in a response to a fan on Instagram: "There was flirting, some teasing. They were together all night and there was a lot of chemistry. It was like they were on a date."

Meanwhile, reporter Gerard Romero said the pair had "very good chemistry" together after speaking on Twitch stream. He also pointed out that Mena was later seen wearing a Spain shirt with the No 7 on it that he believes belongs to Torres.

Romero said on his stream: "Last night, at the party where Ozuna was, where Myke Towers, Lola Índigo, and Ana Mena were… what jersey was Ana Mena wearing, what number was on it? I'll just say there was very good chemistry."

Torres – who once played for Manchester City – is said to have gone through a bitter break-up with Hunter. The pair both unfollowed each other on Instagram before Hunter jetted off to Bali to get over her heartbreak.

Torres has also previously dated Sira Martinez, a professional showjumper and influencer who is the daughter of PSG boss Luis Enrique. The forward played under Enrique at Barcelona while he was in a relationship with Martinez, with the manager once making a joke about their romance.

Speaking in 2022, Enrique claimed he would immediately substitute the player if he ever celebrated with a baby gesture. He said: "I would replace him in that moment, put him on the stands, and he wouldn't set foot on a football pitch again." The couple were said to have gone their separate ways in 2023.
